if more than one, would i have to create a new apps developer certificate??

And no you create the certficates one time and thats it.

Its provisiong profiles and app ids that each new app need.

so every time i wanted to submit new apps all i have to do is create a new app id and provision profile??? what about same app id but new provision profiles?
