It's not a bug, but i believe that if you upload it to gs, they won't give you back the app file if there's pro behavior inside.

ok. But if I you open the awesome URL template in GS and you copy the behavior on your project it works!!! I try it and I try my game on the device and It work nice. Is that a bug???

Stop thinking to Game the System. the publishing servers will strip out any behaviors your account is not authorized to use.
