nonmovable actor keeps moving with camera!

I have an actor that is marked as nonmovable (movable checkbox is unchecked). But, as I move a different movable actor that the camera follows, the nonmovable actor keeps moving with the camera.

Funny thing is, if I make the nonmovable actor invisible, then it seems to stay in place.

Can I not have a nonmovable actor that is visible?

Sounds like you have a rule that is constraining an actors position. Constrains will over ride the non-movable part also could be your actor is in a non-scrollable layer. Anything that is non-scrollable will stay in the camera view even when the camera moves
