Indestructable Player.

When I spawn a player after it is destroyed it is indestructible. Any ideas?

You're saying that when you press return and then the player actor collides with a small or big asteroid, it doesn't get destroyed? The game controller is an instance... are you using an instance or prototype for your player actor?

If you want to post the gamefile, I'm sure we can figure out a solution.

-1st pix: the Destroy behavior should be last in the list of behaviors in your collide rule

-is the controllerActor on the same layer as the asteroids?
(so newPlayer is spawned in that layer)

I figured out that when I spawn my player through my Game Controller the destroy rule within the actor does not work. But when I spawn my Player by dragging the actor itself in the scene the destroy rule works. Why?

All I want is my Player to be destroyed on impact, score resets, and then when you press enter the player respawns. No live limit. The only consequence is the score resetting. Can somebody please tell me how to do this correctly? I would very much appreciate it.

Nevermind for now. Because I can only get the player to die once. I decided to go with a healthbar. Gameplay is long enough now to be worth while. Thank you for the help.
