Zoom in and out in the game

Hi guys, i need to know how to do zoom in and out in a game, i.e.: Just like in Angry Birds, pinch and zoom then move with the finger around the scene and the pinch again and zoom out. Could anybody tell me how to do that or something similar? Thanks.

Hello, another question, in the tutorial we set the camera to go smaller but can we do it larger? the camera has to be the resolution of the device or it can be set larger than that? My game has large levels and i need the camera does a zoom out instead a zoom in? it is possible?
