A big concern of mine regarding explicit ads on game for kids

Hey all,
So I'm making a game that would probably appeal to younger children etc. I am a college student and do not have $500 on a Pro licence so I must use the free version of Gamesalad. My concern is I went to test it on my device, and the ad that appeared would be very explicit for young kids and the female figure had almost no clothes on, something that young kids should never be exposed to.
When publishing the game I clicked on 'Kids' as a category.
Is there any way to change what type of ads are displayed?
