'Missing Screenshot' ??

Recently, two apps that i've submitted have been rejected by apple in just a day or so for 'missing screenshot', what does this mean, can I do anything about it, has it happened to anyone else, and can I fix it?

Thanks Tenrdrmer, I figured out my problem I *facepalm* submitted iphone instead of iPad screenshots.
