Status of Xcode 4.3.2 Publishing Bug?

Is there any timeframe for this bug to be fixed? It's been a hassle to say the least.

The fix is part of .9.92 which had been given to beta testers

agree …

wont delete the latest version of Xcode … as it is customized

so can't install a previous version!
