When posting a demo/template, include your name

This is short and sweet: please consider including your name and the date in any demos/templates posted to the forums. I have downloaded so many useful files from here and it's a shame that I don't always know who to give credit to or who to ask for assistance if I need it. I've been adding my name and the date to the Description, but @MotherHoose has a good system, too:

    @tatiang … thanx for mentioning this … I like to keep all the demos … of each developer who has so kindly shared them with us … in their own folder … I never can seem to remember the name of the project … but I usually know who gave me a gift!

    I use tags as they are not of particular value in these quick/small demos

    and, dates are important because things do change!
