I saw your game and did not download

myThoughts … saying you are 14 years-old in the description may turn some people off
(they might think your game will be immaturely developed)
don't use your youth as a selling point
buyers are only concerned with what they are getting for their money!

I also did not like the large sunbursts in all the screenshots …
when I look at a game to buy …
I want the screenshots to show me what the game will look like when I play

so no matter where you promote …
a customer's first experience of your game will be the description page in iTunes

clean up your written description …
    • easy to read
    • short sentences
    • correct spelling
    • eliminate 'you' words

Post in this forum … for help with the ad copy for your description …
you will get lots of offers
accept them all and pick the best parts from each …

then move on to promoting your game with outside sources …

@WTDeveloper ... I'm not anywhere near an expert on this but like you am interested in knowing how to get better results from my apps. I have done gameplay videos and emailed numerous App review sources all of which doesn't appear to have effected sales (also got no reviews). I have also seen more experienced people here report that their apps were reviewed on some sites but also no bump in sales. I am leaning towards thinking the best thing I can do (based on someones forum post long ago) is to build up a portfolio of apps ... the accumulation of which may lead to better sales and a better chance one will get the 'lucky' exposure from Apple to be featured which may bring exposure to all your apps. All apps being good of course as a pre-requesite.

I think the GS fonts used in the screenshot look very amateur. I would use custom fonts instead.

@WTDeveloper I'm also in your situation (I have 110 sales but yesterday I changed my price to free for 24 hours and I do 244 downloads). I'm 15 years old but I'm from switzerland. I write my review in italian and then, I have an english teacher and she translate it.

Do you write a post in other developer forum??? (touch arcade, idevgames, ....) I received a much downloaded by them....

I would say the first step is to make a good trailer. People like watching videos, and it's easy to link around on forums and sites and stuff.

    Hello WTdeveloper
I agree with what Motherhoose said. One think I like of your game is the icon. Its very cool.
But I think the most important is the app description. Good luck with sales :)
