Hey guys, thanks for your input:

I'm building a game and i'd like to use Gamecenter if feasible. The game is very simple with three levels: easy, medium and hard. Users can select what level they want to play. For each level, there is a challenge that users complete as quickly as possible. That's it. It's oriented to younger kids hence the simpler design. I'd like to use Gamecenter if feasible and am wondering about how you might design achievements / points. For example, I could translate the time taken to some kind of point system or just input the time......i'm not sure. Looking for any other examples you might know of. I looked at Tiny Balls gamecenter but only saw very limited use.

Thoughts? Thanks

Hello jorkos, depending on the age of your target group I would possibly leave out Game Center completely. If your target audience is really young (let's say under the age of 10) I don't see a big use for GC here unless your game has lots of levels and is hard to master. Very young children might not even understand what GC does. That's why a simple local highscore should suffice in my opinion. Sometimes less is more.
