that is not modification of your projects! that is working with templates and coding a whole project! Are you sure you don't also want them to Publish the projects for you?
be easier for the programmer to buy the template and do their own game! and make the money … rather than an hourly wage for hardWork
in addition: coding is not just dragging/typing …it involves a lot of creative thinking time Odesk and Elance … track the work time … so coder receives no compensation for thought time naturally that would be your payment choice!
IMO no proMember should do the proFeature work for you … their subscription is for their own use in their projects @JohnPapiomitis is more cognizant of the legally/ethics of this one than I am

you bought some complete games … and no doubt downloaded all the free templates … you will hire an artist for artwork you want to hire a programmer to make your purchase/freebies into games
Sorry I will close this thread. I am a programmer. I have integrated graphics into the projects already. I have done all new sound design. I have added scenes. I am having game play changes made that I don't have time to do myself. I am having scenes added I don't have time for. I am adding levels. These are not just crap reskins... I don't like that myself.
Which TOS are you speaking of, TOS for pro license? I will be sure to familiarize myself with it to make sure I'm not breaking any rules. I'm sinking $500+ into each game, not sure what more anyone could ask. I'm truly not asking for a free ride.

I publish my own stuff and will be with gamesalad as well, I would never have anyone else submit to apple but myself, gamesalad or otherwise.

Please don't assume what I am up to. I'm well aware of what's involved with coding. There are other more important uses for outsourcing sites... taxes, safety of payments, etc.

In no way did I ever expect to "use" a members pro subscription without having my own.
Templates are for time saving and learning... am I mistaken?
