Confused about publishing

Im reading the Cookbook tutorial on Apple Publishing and its confusing the crud out of me. Anyone have any videos that go step by step through this process?

    Take a look at T-shirt Booths vids on youtube (search for gamesalad cookbook on youtube). You'll have to search through to find the relevant ones but they've been a great help to me.
    The publishing process is by far the most difficult and confusing part of producing apps for me!
