The art and code working together really make the game, a 30-40% cut will be given. I'm not a pro gamesalader yet but when the app tops 600 downloads I will spring for it, making the ads reasonable for return.

You will struggle to entice a good artist for a profit share as that requires a lot of work and they can get payed a good wage for the time you are asking of them.
