How to update my app in apps-store ?

hi,
my app is on apps-store now.
but i want to update my app for new version and bug fix.
How can i do it in itunes connection. i have found a "New Version" button in app-edit. but ... how it work ?
and, will apple review it again (waiting a week... ) to issue ?

Yes, you need to add a version. All the app data will be copied across, which you can edit if required. Then you upload the new binary and Apple will review it. Probably will take about a week.
