@theCodeMonsters I did some more digging in Keychain and under the System section, I found a WWDR and and Apple Code Certification Signing Authority. The WWDR here has the same error, but the Apple Code ID Authority says it can code sign. Should I delete these two?
Well guys, I did it! All I had to do was move the file from my usb to the computer itself and it booted right up and was approved. Thanks to anyone who tried to help me!

No. Go re-download your WWDR key from the Developer Portal and you shouldn't get that error again.
