Royalty Free Japanese Characters and Backgrounds

hello!
i live in japan and found that i was trolling through websites for royalty free graphics that might be of use for games. i found a great website with hundreds of backgrounds and a bunch of characters that are used in those novel games.
the first thing is a website. there are to many backgrounds for me to make an archive of so ill link to it here:

the navigation is on the right side and you just click down the list for different kinds of backgrounds.
The other is an archive of royalty free characters ive found. im not hot on the highschool thing, but japan is, and maybe you could use them to.
