This has been discussed before but I can't find any real answers...

Are there any UK (or non-American) developers who have sussed out what we need to do with Amazon so as to avoid/reduce the tax on sales?

I'm thinking that it may be a case of filling in the W-8BEN form and including my UK tax ref number (which I already have since I'm self-employed). Is there anyone in the UK who can confirm this?

If someone could help me on this too, please do. I tried to figure it out several times, and failed each time. I figure they (the US government) expect us to have multinational accountants to help us on this.

    Also, an additional question:

Are us UK developers having to pay tax twice on these earnings then - 30% in the US, and then a further 20% of whats left by the UK taxman?
Looks like I'm going to have to increase my app prices on Amazon to stand any chance of making any cash!
