Problem with Motion

Hi guys
I found GameSalad a few days ago and i was so amazed that i bought my first Mac specifically to work with the program. So i am new to Mac and to GameSalad too. I need your help guys to make my game. My question is about 3D scaling. You can find the template that i am using in the GameSalad Creator. Just open the GameSalad Creator then go to New and in the search type 3D Scaling Demo. My question is how can a make the ball appear/spawn on command and not automatic, and how can i make the ball stop, without command, when is getting very close to the screen? (stop and not disappear)
I also was wondering, when the ball is reaching the screen is more to the right than to the center. I want the same motion just that when the ball reaches the screen i want it to be in the center. Thanks in advance

    Create a rule that says when key/touch is pressed, use the spawn actor behavior to spawn an actor.
    And what do you mean by "When it is getting very close to the screen"?

    Thanks for your cooperation.
    I create the spawn actor rule but nothing happens, the actor still goes on automatic mode. You know that the ball goes automatic and goes far away from the screen then it returns to the screen to do the same rotation again. What i want is the same rotation with the little change that the ball goes on command and stops without command just in front of the screen, when the ball looks big. ( I don't want the ball to go off screen i want it to stop right before going off screen). Thanks in advance
