Can I make the ball jump?

guys heyyy
i am going to make a game like this
NOTHICE when the ball jums it goes up and there this effect that the ground is far from the ball can i do that ..
and notice two when the ball dies (fall) it looks like its faling thill she touches the ground and then boom
how i do that effect ... and sorry for all those questions

    I'm just guessing when I say this, but I belive you shoud do something like this.

    -Use a change size behavior. Make it grow then shrink so have it on a timer or something.
    -Animate it. To add to the effect create a coin style flip animation for the ball or whatever the thing your going to use is. :D

    Sorry for the vague instructions i've just never done anything like that before but that is pretty much what you should do. It will take just a lot of tweaking to get the effect right.
