deleting and re uploading my app?

hi, is this even legal? i am making a big update to my game,but i know if i update it it won't move to new release,so i thought about deleting my app and upload it again to make it appear on the first page, i just want to know if this is allowed by apple if not i guess i just do a regular update.thanks

I don't think Apple would appreciate you doing that. Also, they might reject it, b/c your re uploading it.

First you wouldnt be able to use the same name. And second you would be trying to get around and beat how apple has set things up, so you dont want to do that.
