One question about app rate

Hello,
The behavior "Go to URL", is only for pro users, sure? But in the Game Salad have the example of how to make an App Rate and it uses Go to URL, and can easily copied.
My question is, you can use this? Or if you use you can got problems?

This doesn't work - as soon as you try to publish the game it will strip out any pro behaviours if you do not have a pro license.
