i try some methods but it seem to be a huge project to do, this will be only human vs human, i know there are many out there but i am adding a little twist to mine.

The way I would do it is to have two actors for each domino so that you always know what number is on each side of the domino. Then just compare the actors that collide when a player moves the dominos into contact with each other. You'll have to have some sort of a snap-to rule that connects the dominos that the player intends to play.
