iOS publishing help needed

1) When trying to publish with Gamesalad, I get the error 'no provisioning profile found', but I have the provisioning profile in my download folder and is downloaded on my desktop.
2) How can I disable Gamecenter on my App ID's.

Did you double click on the provisioning profile and have it in the organizer on xcode. If it isn't there then you need to double click and open up the profile. If you did do this, open xcode and open the organizer.

    I haven't worked with gamecenter so I can't answer your 2nd question.

The problem is that it isn't appearing in Xcode under my provisioning profiles, even though I downloaded it.

Find your provisioning profile that you downloaded and drag it on top of the Xcode icon. It should take over from there

Ok, I just tried that and got the error message"You don't have permission to save the file "MobileDevice" in the folder "Library"
    under that
To view or change permissiions, selcet the item in the Finder and choose File>Get info.

maybe you have the developer provisioning profile but not the distribuitor provision profile.

Yes, I downloaded both, but it's still not letting me open them both in Xcode

@Nmdogdude could you possibly make a quick video so we can further assist you?

Drop it onto iTunes instead of Xcode. It actually sounds like your computer login does not have full permissions or something. Are you behind parental controls? Also have you done what it said about get info to hangs permissions?

@terdrmer- when I drop it into iTunes, it says error (-5000) an unknown error occured, please restart iTunes
I went to the downloads folder-get info, and I'm the only one with Read&Write access on the downloads. Not sure about parental controls, i'll look at that after school :)
@poorcollegedev- I'll try to make a quick video later today.

So I tried changing the permissions in Xcode via Finder, file>get info, and I'm still getting that error message when trying to drag my provisioning profiles into Xcode. Is it possible to set permissions do a downloaded file? (.mobileprovision specifically.)
