How can I test my game on ipad

I been searching around abit. I am still searching so I thought I could just post a question for faster results. I just want to know how to test my game on devices without having to publish them but just check if they can work good on my phone and Ipad and older 2g and 3g Iphones. So I am looking in the cook book and other places to see if the answer is there. But if you guys got it then I would love to hear it. Thank you!
