Does anyone know how to fully take advantage of the retina display? Yes, you check the Resolution Independence button, but what do you do from there? Can someone elaborate how to optimize it for iPhone 4+ (how to change the size to the proper dimensions)? Thanks.

just make your game in 960x640 or 640x960, tick resolution independence, and start making your game in 960x640 or 640x960.

when u play on iphone 4+, the game will shrink if you have resolution independence ticked

changing camera, you would go to scene attributes to change camera size

But I mean, how do I make the camera the size of the playing field? (960x640)
when you enter a scene, there are two tabs GAME & SCENE near the top next to the words "inspector"
    click scene
and then there is a list and one of them is camera, click it and you will be able to change it

make all the images with the double size. Game Salad will resize it automatic.

You can use 480x320 with resolution independence ticket.

All images you make with the double size and when you import it they will appear with a half size. You don't need change camera or scene size. Just it.

Use game salad as always, make the graphics with double size.
