Publishing to Mac?

We've been sitting here for the last hour following video guides and the GameSalad Cookbook walkthrough on how to publish our game and we've had absolutely no luck. We get to the second tab on the publishing page and can't select a Mac developer certificate.

Is anyone able to help?

    Have you installed those certificates?

I may be incorrect, but there's a couple steps you need to go through in iTunes Connect before you publish your game (certificates, provision files, etc). @Tshirtbooth has published a couple youtube videos on the gamesalad channel about those specific steps. They were quite helpful.

You may also need to upgrade your Mac OS to 10.7x. This is something I was unaware of before starting this process. The good news is that if you've already paid for a Mac dev license you get the upgrade for free.

Got it working, turned out we had the app certificate but not the installer certificate.

Now we need to publish, and it's asking us to install "Application Tools Package". Do you know what it is?

I don't, but what version of XCode do you have installed?
It may have something to do with that.
