How to import a picture to a forum thread

Ok, so I keep getting errors when trying to download provisioning profiles into Xcode, and I want to show an image of it to a thread, how can I import a picture into my thread?

    Upload it to a hosting site (EX. imgur.com) and post the link to the picture here

    By adding HTML code to display an image you can include the images right in your post if they are web formats (e.g. png, jpg, gif).
