Setting Background?

is there anyway to set a picture as your background in GS like making a button or option to open the photo app to set it? also

No if you mean the set the bg
That's what a bg is, a background.
And no, not currently. Maybe sometime down the road this feature will be implemented, but at the moment, you can't access the user's photo library.
