    Although first, put this as a discussion, not a question. I mean, I know its a question but there is not "right answer".

    Fixed the ear on the left.

    To be completely honest, it doesn't look good enough to be in a great game. First of all, the shading (or lack-there-of) causes the image to look flat. Second, the mouth looks more like a mustache and third the eyes look two low down on the head. Also, the head is a kind of lopsided shape.

    Good start, but still far away from great.
