It is a app to learn the Thai language and i am doing it to learn the language aswell as learning thai..
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hxp-pasa-thai/id517702550?ls=1&mt=8
I would like to get some feedback and improvement ideas
Thank you in advance.

Your iTunes app description says that the words will be pronounced. Is that something you plan to add?
If I type an answer and it is correct, it should tell me or make a sound. If I type an incorrect answer, it should also tell me or make a sound.
When you display something like "i,male" or "wait for, alternate" I assume it means that the definition of the Thai word is either "I" or "male," but I think you mean that it is the masculine word for "I" or the alternate word for "wait for." I would recommend putting "male" and "alternate" in parentheses instead of after a comma.
The Show Answer (Yes/No) could be a single iconic button instead of a long phrase, and instead of using a white square, you could have a graphic there.
I can tap Next but there is no way to go back. You need to add a Prev button.
In a future version, I'd hope to see a system for skipping to a certain section or category of words. I can't imagine tapping 291 times to get to the last word every time.
One more criticism: please don't use "Click 2 Write Answer" in place of "Click to write answer" or just "Click to answer." And really, if it's an iOS app, it should be "Tap to answer" or "Tap to guess."
I would prefer icons/buttons instead of text that you tap, but ultimately it's up to you.
The photos are gorgeous, and a little sound would go a long way. Thanks for sharing your app!

First I must say, thank you for the feedback... This is why i love this forum....You get constructive feedback and not just...complaints that many forums have a lot of...
I am planning to add a lot of features later for this app, but wanted to start with, as you says a basic quiz type of program to practice the words that you know in a easier way..
As for buttons, sounds and other general appearance, that feedback I will try and add for the next version, have been playing around with it but have not found a good look and feel that i liked..and sounds that were good and free to use... :-)
For the previous button, i am waiting for the next release of Gamesalad to add writable tables and then that feature is added directly, just now Gamesalad is not capable to add so many variables easily so as soon as it comes, the previous button with words you can rewrite comes and with that a skip function and probably a random function comes aswell..
Another thing that i will add for future releases with be categories so that you can click into groups of words and both see them and find them based on that, like have a category for "house and things around the house" and in that have walls, floor, table, lamp for example so that you can quickly look up words when you need them, like on holiday :-)
As for the learning bit, I will try to add Thai writing and Graphics also for learning and maybe my description was bad then, it was meant to say "To learn how to pronounce words, IE, this is how to, when you know english, to say word in thai easily"
Thanks again, this gave me alot of new improvement ideas both on app changes, future improvements and also on description changes, brilliant..
/Andreas
