Itunes connect business account / split bank account

IcedBIcedB Member, PRO Posts: 384
Hey guys, me and a friend are mid way through a project and intend to split the revenues equally. I already have a developer account.
Is there a way to set up a new developer account representing both of us? I have heard it takes a long time to approve a business account and may require a lot of time to register the business.
I presume we could also set up a joint bank account that apple would pay into.
I would be very grateful if any of you could shed some light or suggest the best manner to approach this.
Thanks

Apple is not going to distribute your earnings with partners, you will need to do that on your end. No matter if you have a LLC (does not take that much longer these days), DBA or Trade Name Certificate, you need to take care of the financials, tax reporting, profit distribution etc. on your end.

That is not to say you cannot hire service to do this for you, but unless there is substantial revenue, it is not needed.

I have a similar situation and am planning to give the other person an iTunes Connect subaccount through my account so that he can view the sales (to know I'm telling him the correct number of sales).

No apple will only pay to one account period. Basically thier stance is your business needs a bank account and your business needs to take care of distributions to individuals.
