Submit button for creating app id won't work

In the last few minutes, i have tried to create an app id in the ios dev center. I have tried logging in and out, but the submit button won't work. The Cancel button works but and if i right click it, there is an option to follow the link, but for the submit button, nothing. Its as if it is just a random image on the page, there is no link from it.
