Just wondering if we can use any higher than 72ppi yet? I mean is retina supposed to be the same thing as HD?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Why would we ever need/want to use anything higher than 72? We are not creating graphics for commercial print?

@mynameisace - because dpi can be used to define screen resolution as well. It's the way Android is doing it - going from the lowest dpi of 72 for small displays to 320 dpi for extra-high-density screens. (It's a proper pain in the ass to create the art for multiple android screen resolutions ;) )

You learn something new every day... I only thought it was for print. That's why I ain't an artist lol

Don't you just love Android?! lol
