How can I publish to all iOS devices?

if i published my game to the apple iPhone app store how can i add it to all iOS devises.

I'm not sure your question is clear... it can mean so many things...
if you published your game to the store, you will go to the store and download the game.
If you are asking about testing your game, you will need an Ad Hoc build for that.
If you are asking about universal apps, GS does not support it currently
In addition, I would suggest:
1. Have a better title to your post, this way people who want to help will know what is the topic (iOS is no different than using 'Question' as a topic)
2. Provide more details as to what is the problem
3. Post to the right category (iPhone publishing in this case)
