Application loader errors/issues

I keep getting these errors
1) Unable to configure directory: /Users/macbookproowner/.itmstransporter
2) Your home folder must be writable in order to save run-time configuration data. Please ensure your home folder exists and is writable.
3) Cannot save local copy of remote diagnostic configuration; local path is not writable.

Well have you adjusted the settings of your home folder to make it writable?

how do I know which one is the right one?, there's 3 of them
I set all my folders labeled 'home' to being read & writable, yet I'm still getting this error.

Also, how can I make my local path writable
