Is Apple okay with allowing people using the sample music in iLife for their games?

music in iMovie? Im not sure I have ever seen that music. I know that you are allowed to use the audio loops from garage band in your work as long as you combine loops to make your own track. They dont want you just using one loop as a sound effect or something.
You probably don't want to put it straight in or use it at all just to be safe, but IDK. I suggest using GarageBand and make music with that and you can use their sound effects in your music. But you should confirm all that info.

I don't know for sure about iLife music. I think you would be able to since it would be used anyway if you used it in a template on something, but everybody and their Grandmother uses those templates, and music that comes with it, so it wouldn't be unique in any way. But again, I'm not sure you can use it to begin with, outside of an iLife template.
GarageBand will be your best bet. You can't take the individual tracks, and sell them as your own, like as in a "Jam Pack" or "Sound Effects Pack" without combining at least 2 tracks together, but you can use a single track/sound effect in your game/project.
