if the software which use the exprss to make can support os iphone 3.1?
it seems that the apple company do not approve the software which does not support the os3.1

    yes, GS supports 3.0 and above.

    GS will push an app out compatible to any 3.0 (and above) device...iPhone or iPod.

    The $99 and $1999 version are virtually the same except the (expensive) pro version allows the GameSalad logo to be removed and it allows URL forwarding (opening a web page from inside the game). Those 2 elements are the only differing features. Both versions push 3.0 and above.
