Updating apps in real-time

How do I update an app without having to go through the long wait for apple to review and accept my new app. Even if it is for just updating text or small things.

    You cant, you have to set up a new version with apple and submit it for approval.

    Darn, well how do other apps update without submitting?

    They have to submit it, unless the app is pulling its info from a website or server or something along those lines, then they just update that. But we dont have that in gamesalad at the moment.

    In my case it took 7 days (business) from submit to update on my apps.
