Hello guys,
So I've seen interest in an iPad version of GS. Chances are, it won't come, but I thought, "Hey! Why not make it ourselves!" So I looked into it. I got into understanding how the GS viewer saves data, the structure of projects and other things. I feel like it would not be that hard. So for the heck of it, I'm gathering a group to work on it. The language will most likely be GS, but we might use something else if we want to. Or use Quick Code from Deep Blue Apps when its released to gi even farther. This will not be released in the AppStore, probably, due to Apples strict rules. But if we really want to, we will try. Also, the editor would be free. I have tins more info for you, so just shoot me a Skype at nathan.flurry if you want to help. There is no pay, but I'm planning on it being a large, but developed on free time project. Please contact me even if your not sure.
Thanks!

@crazyfishdev - Thanks. I've already seen it. I want to give this the actual feel of GameSalad. Although, I wouldnt mind teaming up with @theCodeMonsters. My goal is to make mine totally independent from. The computer GS, but look and feel like it. Then when it's time, the user follows short instructions to export it and it's on the Mac then.

@Zoyt GSBot is meant to have the feel of GS. The only difference between what you are talking about and GSBot, is the way you intend to create, and the type of export. I will be releasing another update video today and will address this. I'm not trying to bash your idea at all but I'll talk more about why I'm not doing it the way you are talking about and introducing everyone to GSBot on the iPad.

@theCodeMosters - Apperentally I don't really understand GSBot. I don't like to share my email, so I haven't signed up for it yet. So GSBot has an editor? Have you found a way to import and export code? Sorry about this confusion. I also wouln't mind teaming up on this if you wanted to. Apperentally we're trying to accomplish the same thing with different methods.

@Zoyt - Please contact Customer Support (via our Contact Form) to discuss the development of this and any potential TOS violations. We are interested to hear more details about the specific nature of the product you are creating.

In the meantime, I would respectfully ask that you hold off on any promotion of this product and forming a team to build it. That is- until we can discuss it with you and get on the same page. Thanks!
