How do you get money by playhaven when turned on at Pro?

I have a few questions
1. Does Gamesalad pay us when we integrate Playhaven at Pro?
2. Gamesalad has no bank account Info on me, how can they send me money?
3. Anyway to keep track of my earnings from Playahaven?
4. Do users have to Click and install the App on the Ad from Playhaven for me to earn revenue?
5. Do i need to start an account with Playhaven?
6. if yes, How can i set my Playhaven Placement Tag when i have no hands on in codings?
7. How long do i need to wait for a pay? (per month) ?

and still no reports or anything from GS, not in email, paypal or anywhere
Pretty disappointing...
I'll remove playheaven later this month since theres' no point having non-profit ads on my app.
