Issues with GS Viewer

When I published my game, I accidentally pressed the button to "test" my game instead of "archiving". By doing so, it replaced my GS viewer on my phone. UGHHHHH!!! CRAP! Why does it replace GS VIEWER in the first place. That's just stupid.
Now, I'm having Xcode issues, SDK junk saying I need to either restore my phone (which I did!!!) to no avail.
In the Organizer window it reads:
The version of iOS on “My iPhone” does not match any of the versions of iOS supported for development with this installation of the iOS SDK. Please restore the device to a version of the OS listed below, or update to the latest version of the iOS SDK; which is available "here".
OS Installed on My iPhone
5.1 (9B176)
Xcode Supported iOS Versions
Latest
5.0 (9A334)
4.3
4.2
When I click the "here" button it takes me to developers page to sign up again. What a pain.
In Xcode, I'm getting an error which reads:
No provisioned iOS devices are available with a compatible iOS version. Connect an iOS device (which it is) with a recent enough version of iOS to run your application or choose an iOS simulator as the destination.
Can ANYONE help?
I just uploaded my game, but accidentally pressed the wrong button and ALLLLLLL this crap happened!!!! What a waist of time.
