health bar problem..

so i followed one of TSB videos on making a health bar.Everything works fine but when i place it where i want it ,than i preview, it goes to the top left position.No matter where i place it when i preview it goes to the same top left position.Why is it doing that?

    You specify that in the first part of the constrain self position y

    He says it in the video.

    i tried changing it but cant get it to work...
