GameSalad Pro bought - How to activate it?

I've bought a GameSalad Pro License, using PayPal. I've checked my credit card company and the debit is there, and I've also recieved the confirmation email from GameSalad. It has been 11 days now.
The question is: How do I activate my Pro License? Tried out almost every tip and instructions found on the forum (login out and login in, restarting the computer, reinstalling game salad...), and none seem to resolve.
I really would like some support on how do I activate this. We have a finished iOS game just waiting the Pro so we can publish it without the PlayHaven! In fact, we just spent the 299,99 dollars for that option and we can't get it done!
Please, I need a fix on this ASAP.

    If you click Gamesalad > About Gamesalad does it say your license is Free or Pro?

    Still says that I'm with the Free license. I'm logged in with my account. Is there a special download for GameSalad Pro?

    No, it just automatically adds the Pro features to the build you have.

    Just to make sure (not that I think you're stupid or anything) It has your username at the bottom left hand side of the creator?

    Log out and back into the creator. If it still says free contact support and theyll activate it for you.

    I've already done this like a thousand times =( . I've tried to contact support, but, where is it? I didn't find any emails or forms on gamesalad.com, so this is why I've created this post.

    Done! I thought that that form was just for bugs, but now I saw the Contact Option.
    So, i've sent my question, but as I'm still counting as free, even that I already paid for Pro, it says that it's going to last some days until I receive my answer. It is possible to rush this process, please, Lauren?
