App seeking another?

I do admit that the Discussion Title isn't very..descriptive. I got to thinking about an idea today. Is it possible to have an GS game on a device alter outcomes on another app. Like if you do something in Game 1, it unlocks a level or object in Game 2?

well it could give you a code in game 1 then type it in in game 2 and it unlocks item

Yeah, but what would be the point? Ideally you'd want it so that something happens then we send out a dynamic link and retrieve it on the other app. I can't really see it being a very good formula for an app though. People don't want to download multiple things, just want to pay as little as possible and have it as accessible as possible.

Untill we have network management (which I really won't, but probably isn't coming), no. The way other apps do it is by trying to pair up an app with its code. For explanation, check out FileSystem: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/filesystem/id418424102?mt=8&ls=1
It's free and doesn't require jailbreak. It shows all your systems files (real files... Which is awesome). Look in the applications folder. There will be a ton of random codes. The app pairs up the code with the app. But that's a little too much explanation.
