First off, back up and restore your iPad and test to see if the issue persists. Your serial number will act as proof of warranty (it is in their system, at least an estimated time of purchase).

You are asking people if there is an applestore in your mall with no info where you are? :-/ . Google maps and search for Apple store, or use the link below. You can call apple and get service via mail in, however an Apple store will be a quicker solution (set up an appointment, walk ins are no fun these days).

alright thanks how i back up my info?, i am not worry to lose pics or apps, but i have this app called inkpad and i have more than 100 working projects, this is the only thing i want to save, there is a option on the app that i can mail me a a pdf or sag file ,but i hope i don't have to mail me 100 mails lol, and plus how i will transfer this back again. and i mean to say there is a apple store in a mall but is the only one i know and is very far, is a app retail store.

I hear ya. The Best buy does not offer service (not apple certified), so your best bet will likely be mail-in via Apple. They are pretty quick so don't be discouraged.

For back up just use itunes, but the thing is that it may not back up ALL data.
As far as the inkpad goes, the sucky thing about these apps that utilize mail for file transfer is that this leaves your methods of back up limited and/or a hassle. That's why I do not use them (I hope this changes in the future).

You can pop them a question on their support page or their flickr support page. The topics of file re-import are in those discussions on the flickr inkpad group.
