How Can I Make This Look Awesome?

I know this isn't the best character, but I want to know your tips on how to make this look better. Please Comment. Thanks.

    I am not a huge fan of the nose, the hair could be also on the sides, it looks too rounded square like. I know it is sorta supposed to be, but you want a human element too.

    I would also play around with the eye placement. He doesn't have a nose so see how it looks justified right. I would experiment with the shape of your eyebrow and mouth lines, and remove the eyebrow shadow. It's not a 3d object, the shadow just kind of muddies it. See how the lines used (mouth and eyebrow) change when there is a varied thickness. Make a ton of copies and Make little tweaks on each copy. Then take the elements from each version that you like and combine them into a new version. It's a lot of work, but very rewarding when you create something that you are proud of.

    I know that this is an answered question, but art is never truely finished. Revision, revision, revision.
