Testflight Question

I need some help because I seem to be missing a step.
I set up Testflight, and invited testers.
I went to my Apple Developer portal and added tester device to my adhoc provisioning profile
I downloaded and installed the new provision profile
I rebuilt the game in GS
When I upload the .IPA to Testflight, it shows the tester device as "not in build" .... any ideas how to correct this?
