Having trouble with spawning actors, unable to spawn new copies after original hits a wall.

I am still just messing around with GS and learning the ins and outs of the program. In an attempt to make a simple plinko style system, I have the game set to spawn Actor1 on the mouse click. It then falls down and bounces off the wall below. This works fine for the first one or two but then something happens.

Once the original spawned actor hits the wall and bounces off, I am unable to spawn any new actors upon clicking. It doesn't matter how many are already in play. If I click really quickly I can spawn a good bit before the first one hits; but then after the first one strikes I cannot spawn anymore. Same thing happens if I just spawn a single one. Once it hits I am unable to spawn another.

Not sure what I could be missing in something this simple that could cause that to happen.

    I'm not sure what happened. I actually just deleted everything and redid the exact same thing per again and everything works just fine with no limit unless I set one. Have no idea what I might have done to mess it up but it must have been just an error and not a logic mistake. Thanks for the help anyways though.
