Delete just part of an actor/image when touched

I am trying to create an effect of someone eating something and would like the food to look like it has bite marks when the image is touched. Is there away to delete just part of an image when touched in a particular shape (i.e bite marks).

you would have to have either multiple actors that make up the item or have multiple images and change the image with each touch. GameSalad cannot manipulate the actual image though.

Try creating a rule 'when touch is inside, change image from just food to food w/bite mark'
Create a new actor with just the bite mark image, and another one with just the food.
